Behavior-oriented teaching in Hotel Management Teaching
Abstract: In the hotel management expertise in the teaching of action-oriented teaching method requires that we break sections of restrictions around the ‘core competence’ cultivate design teaching contents, choose teaching methods, and the establishment of a comprehensive teaching quality evaluation system.

An action-oriented teaching methods common method and its characteristics
Action-oriented pedagogy is usually around a particular topic, issue or project in order to ‘learning task’ as the carrier, to guide students to self-study and exploration of the process of action-oriented teaching commonly used in several ways, namely: project pedagogy, guiding text teaching methods, case method, role-playing approach and the like. Behavior-oriented teaching in general has the following characteristics:
(1) interaction. Behavior-oriented teaching is an interactive teaching and learning, student-centered, self-learning-based, focusing on teacher-student interaction in the form. Traditional teaching methods focus on the teaching of theoretical knowledge, teachers talked about more active participation of students less. This ‘spoon-feeding’ of teaching, one-way flow of knowledge and students passively accept, is not conducive to student’s ability to cultivate and enhance the action-oriented teaching methods can be effective in changing students passive and passive acceptance of the state of knowledge, through the teachers to develop cases, to guide students to analyze problems, and fully mobilize the students thinking, active classroom atmosphere, to an interactive effect.
