Abstract: To study the system of colleges and universities pay incentives for teachers, this article subordinate institutions of higher learning during the relevant circumstances of the survey of teachers, based on studying the existing remuneration system for teachers in the performance appraisal system effectiveness, stress, psychological endurance, etc. three aspects of psychological effects and the impact of its values.
