Career management students Abstract: The Popularization of higher education today, students are facing growing pressure of employment. Employment difficult for many reasons, one of which is the lack of students in school during their career planning and management, lack of reasonable professional and self-awareness and positioning. This paper describes the need for career management students, clearly the meaning of each of its students is self-evident. Keywords: career management students Abstract: Today in our country, our higher education are entering into the popularization, the college students have to face the more and more heavily employment pressure. There are lots of reasons about difficulty in employment, one of the reason is that the college students are lack of planning and management about their career while they are in the college. In this paper, the author explains the necessity of college students’ career management and significance to each college student is self-evident. However, many college students due to lack of career and self-awareness and positioning of the reasonable, professional lack of decision-making and choice, it is difficult to find the ideal job. Therefore, career self-management of students is necessary and feasible [1]. And students one of the root causes of difficult employment, is a career intelligence in college students unable to meet the social and economic development needs.
