Case Method in the application of the law curriculum
Abstract: The case teaching method aims to help pupils make comprehensive use of legal theory, legal norms dealing with cases and disputes, enhance analytical and problem-solving ability. In order to push forward the case teaching method in the classroom, improving vocational education law courses, this paper presents four case study areas: Selected cases, organized classroom case teaching, summarize, evaluate case teaching, writing case analysis.

Case teaching is under the guidance of teachers, according to the needs of teaching objectives and content, select some typical cases, through theoretical analysis and a variety of research methods to import and find the best starting point for teaching content as well as the best solution for the case to develop students grasp the key points of the case, and further enhance the students to analyze and problem-solving ability. Although China is a state statute, law, education should be taught the basic principles of law and legal norms-based, but because of culture vocational schools are legally applied vocational skills and talents, together with the law is a practical, applied a strong discipline, case studies and use of case teaching method has become necessary. Based on years of teaching experience, I believe that case study should have the following four aspects.
Selected Cases
The implementation of case teaching goal is to teach students the principles and rules of a particular social life and practice, with the corresponding link and the application of principles and rules to resolve disputes and deal with various types of cases, so that students in the knowledge level, skill level and attitude towards learning a certain level of exercise, in order to cultivate skilled personnel. Teachers, according to the needs of schools choose one or a few cases, or select a bunch of before and after the related case
