Case nursing students in nursing clinical teaching of [Abstract] Objective To explore the cases of care in teaching nursing students with the role of culture. Methods for 37 nursing students practice nursing teaching training cases, and with the conventional mode of teaching in nursing students compared their comprehensive ability to understand assessment, training content and self-satisfaction, evaluation of learning gains satisfaction in several areas. The results of a case of nursing care and teaching for training students and Integrated Skills in the control group there were significant differences in terms of their satisfaction and content of training Self-evaluation of learning gains the satisfaction index reached 90% or more. conclusions of the case study method of teaching in nursing enhances all aspects of the overall quality of students, helping to train students in the Clinical Global thinking. [Keywords:] Case care; nursing students; Teaching [Abstract] Objective To probe into the role of case study method on clinical instruction and teaching of nursing students.Methods 37 nursing students were enrolled in case study teaching team and 37 nursing students in routine teaching method team as contrast group, several differences such as appraisal of the comprehensive ability, satisfaction in the practice contents and self-study evaluation were collected.Results There was a significant difference between the nursing students in case study teaching team and the contrast team in their comprehensive ability. Besides it, their satisfaction in learning content and self-study valuation, have reached more than 90% degree.Conclusion The method of case study can improve the students’ quality in all aspects and has a great benefit for the students to have an overall clinical thinking ability.
