Case Study: teachers an effective way of language teaching theory [Abstract] The current emphasis on language teaching Teachers theory, light practice; emphasis on teaching, light reflection; heavy external shape, the inner experience of light. Case teaching can be set up between educational theory and teaching practice of the bridge; trigger intrinsic motivation of students and persistent interest; train students to analyze problem-solving skills and teaching ability to reflect; to build a new type of teacher-student relationship. Therefore, it is a high teacher language teaching theory and effective teaching methods. Should be in the implementation of Case Teaching Note: The connection with reality, compile case; well flexible, concerned about the idea; student body, focusing on participation; small class teaching, step by step; continuous learning, and improve themselves. [Keywords:] case teaching; language teaching theory; implementation of the Abstract: The current Chinese language teaching methodology in teachers ‘colleges emphasizes theory, instruction and outer shape but underestimates practice, introspection and inner experience. Case teaching can build a bridge between educational theory and educational practice, stimulate students’ inner study motivation and enduring interest , train their ability to analyze problems and reflect teaching, and form new teacher-student relationship. Therefore, case teaching is an effective method in Chinese language teaching methodology in teachers’ colleges. The following should be concerned in case teaching: combine practice when choosing a case, keep the thinking deliberate and flexible, make students as the mainstay, teach in small classes in a gradual and orderly approach, and keep studying to improve quality.
