China’s ‘Vocational Education Act’ Analysis and Thought
Abstract: ‘Vocational Education Act’ has greatly facilitated the implementation of vocational education. However, ‘Vocational Education Act,’ has issued a decade, the country’s economy and education, have undergone great changes, ‘Vocational Education Act,’ there are many funds the development of vocational education are incompatible with the current situation, an urgent need amend and improve the vocational education in order to strengthen our legal system. This paper on ‘Vocational Education Act’ is incompatible with the reality aspects of analysis, and recommendations for change.

Promulgated in 1996’s ‘The People’s Republic of China Vocational Education Act’ (hereinafter referred to as ‘Vocational Education Act’) is to promote vocational education, an important legal weapon against China’s vocational education system, implementation and security conditions have made explicit provisions.
