Abstract: The learning ability is the foundation of modern culture and the quality of people with learning ability is good at learning and wisdom to learn. The core of the reform of classroom teaching and the ultimate goal is to rebuild the classroom culture, and allow our intelligence into the classroom may well be an ideal choice. Classroom culture and the reconstruction of one of the goals is that command with the wisdom of knowledge, the promotion of teachers and students to learn the symbiotic ability to change the traditional role of teachers and students in classroom teaching position. Classroom teachers and students of cultural reconstruction of the process is self-participation, shared learning, mutual creation process. Power generation efficiency study should be used as a common yardstick to measure the teaching and learning.

Abstract: The learning ability is the basic cultural quality of modern human beings. Those who possess learning ability are good at learning and can learn in a wise way. The key and ultimate goal of classroom teaching reform is reconstruction of classroom culture, and it is an ideal choice to let wisdom steping into classrooms. One of the goals of the reconstruction of classroom culture is making wisdom command knowledge, promoting the generation of learning ability for both teachers and students to change their roles in traditional classroom teaching. The process of the reconstruction of classroom culture is the process of teachers ‘and students’ participating autonomously, learning together, creating and generating each other. The generation efficiency of learning ability should be regarded as the common standards in measuring teaching and learning.
