Abstract: With the university’s personnel management on behalf of the thesis focus on the transfer and the acceleration of informatization construction, secondary school personnel information management has become increasingly important. Institute of Personnel Information Management is currently involved in two main elements of a basic information management, labor management, teacher management, and year-end assessment management and recruitment management. Due to various factors, the present Secondary College in the information management process, there is still a lack of effective sharing mechanism, the lack of scientific data systems and other issues. To effectively address these problems, should speed up the personnel information management system and database development, foster sharing of information awareness, strengthen construction of information management and ensure that people-oriented, improve quality.
