College English Listening Teaching in the cultural infiltration
Abstract: Teaching in English, students develop critical listening, and cultural background of the students lack of knowledge that hinders its ability to improve hearing one of the main factors, therefore, strengthen the teaching of English listening to infiltrate British and American culture becomes particularly important. This brief analysis of the cultural background of the lack of effect of hearing teaching, primarily to explore the teaching of effective listening the main way to achieve cultural penetration.
Abstract: During the teaching of English majors, the training of students ‘listening skill is very critical. However, the absence of students’ related cultural knowledge is one of the major reasons that restrict the improvement of this skill. So encouraging the penetration of British and American cultural knowledge is becoming more important. Aiming at it, the negtive influence of lacking related knowledge on listening teaching is analyzed simply, and the effective ways to enhance the students’ cultural knowledge are mainly explored in listening teaching in the thesis.

0 Introduction As we all know, in the Teaching of English, foreign language than English public, teachers train students to focus on listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating the five basic skills.
