Abstract: The vast majority of college graduates and employers in both employment and recruitment process can be based on honest and trustworthy, fair and equitable principles of two-way choice, but there are a small portion of graduates and employers there have been various acts of bad faith. To promote the employment of college graduates to reduce the graduates in employment in the process of bad faith behavior, we must carry out credit education in colleges and universities to strengthen the career guidance center, regulate the employment market and to strengthen the supervision of intermediaries, establish a sound system of selection and appointment and employment information service system, and strive to build credibility of the institutional environment of employment, promote employment first, then career, to further promote the full employment of college graduates and promote the harmonious development of society as a whole.
