Therefore , an effective approach to PE courses should be to realize a transition from “curriculum  based subject” to “man  based subject”, carry out a reform strategy to “guide curricular elements with curricular objectives” to cultivate a new system of curricula under the guidance of a wholesome view of health to develop “physical, psychological and social adaptability”.
