Abstract: College of Economics and Management undergraduate course offered by classroom instruction in economic law, economic law remarks out of line with the Economic Law Department legal system, economic law specific legal system and case teaching can not be an organic combination of teacher “mouthpiece” of phenomena the problem to a certain extent affected the economic law of the teaching results. Further reform of economic law teaching methods should focus on the economic law disciplines and the general location and characteristics of the teaching curriculum law should focus on teaching the theory books and turned to combining theory and case teaching, turning the classroom discussion and two-way communication, two-way interaction combine to make teaching methods with intellectual, enlightening and informative.
First, the reform of university teaching methods, origins of economic law
Economic Law of China’s tertiary institutions offer courses began in the early 20th century, 80. Scholars have been painstaking efforts, the current standard of teaching in this class has reached a certain degree, and has yielded good fruits. Economic law has been established as one of the core courses of law 14 and was tied for the legislative branch, one of China’s seven legal departments.
