College Tourism Management Study and Practice of Bilingual Teaching
Abstract: The thesis to write bilingual education in higher education reform of China’s tourism, one of the important tasks. Carrying out bilingual education, bilingual subjects must be clear selection criteria, and the quality of bilingual teachers, bilingual teaching materials to choose from, bilingual teaching methods and means to put forward higher requirements.

Tourism Management in Colleges and Universities to carry out bilingual education, both to meet the development of China’s tourism industry “bilingual, dual-wen, dual-energy” compound the objective needs of tourism professionals [1], but also the reform of China’s Tourism Higher Education, one of the important tasks . Compared with the traditional forms of teaching, bilingual teaching involves many aspects of carrying out change. Through the study and practice of bilingual teaching, the author believes that to Tourism Management in China’s colleges and universities to carry out professional and effective bilingual teaching, we should start the selection of subjects, teachers, teaching materials, teaching methods and means, the main link to proceed.
A bilingual subject selection criteria
With Singapore, Canada, the United States, India and other bilingual country, compared to mainland China in particular, but also the lack of support for bilingual teaching environment. If they are copied abroad, the practice of all disciplines to complete a second language instruction, students will inevitably result due to the lack of language skills to understand or thought barriers, thus affecting the effectiveness of bilingual education.
