In this paper, the teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching models and methods and means to analyze the status quo, give full consideration to the resource advantages of merging sub-institutions, and put forward effective and feasible reform options.  A clear teaching goals, a reasonable choice of teaching content  Computer Culture of basic education should be a university student in-depth understanding of digital, information-based society, education,
