Abstract: The wave of reform in higher education, construction of basic courses is seriously lagging behind, as a constraint to the development of vocational education, a weakness. Reflect on their roots, one vocational college courses on the basis of the status and role of public awareness of a deviation; II teachers in public basic course structure is irrational, old concept, the lack of inner power; Third, the content of basic course teaching the old, seriously out of actual students, the lack of professional relevance; Fourth, a single teaching methods, teaching methods obsolete. This paper discusses the improvement of status of vocational basic course of public measures to be taken.

In some colleges, course construction is seriously lagging behind public infrastructure, aging teachers, outdated course content, teaching a single, serious emotional weariness students, teaching goal achievement is low. In fact, higher public infrastructure has fallen into a predicament teaching seriously affect the overall quality of vocational education, vocational education as a constraint to the development of weakness. Therefore, from a practical point of view, the system reflect on building vocational basic courses, profound lessons learned, and explore practical ways beyond the plight of great practical significance.
