Abstract: With the rapid development of higher vocational education, school-scale expansion of vocational teacher ranks with a series of problems to be solved, mainly in teaching structure is irrational, double-master teachers lack the overall quality of teachers is not high, teacher training can not keep up and so on. To this end, vocational institutions should be further awareness-raising, in-depth research, to develop construction plans to broaden the ways of cultivating, and strive to explore the characteristics of teachers meet the vocational training system.
