Abstract: In recent years, as China’s Vocational and Technical Education The rapid development of management and vocational education college students also shows that many new problems and new contradictions. To correctly analyze the situation of students, innovative management methods, the reform of education and teaching system and construction of a vocational students to adapt to the management of teachers is the key to improving vocational and technical education.

As China’s economic development and social progress, the needs of higher education are increasingly highlighted its importance. In recent years, the rapid development of vocational education for the society to cultivate a large number of skilled and application-oriented talents, for improving the quality of workers and promoting economic development has played a positive role. Vocational Colleges, however, have been expanding, while the teaching staff in the building is lagging behind, which gives the school teaching and management has brought some pressure. In particular, the complexity of higher vocational colleges recruit students, to the vast number of educators in student management issues raised new issues.
