In 2006, our government proposes building an innovative country’s strategic objectives for the country to provide creative talents become important mission and responsibility of colleges and universities. This paper describes the design theory of constructivist learning environments, analysis of the constructivist learning environment design, learning the relationship between innovation quality and college students, and build environment based on constructivist learning design model of Innovative Training, Colleges and Universities in China to explore the feasibility of training innovative talents of the road.
