Abstract: The impact of lifelong education and quality education, innovation and education to promote education reform, China’s teacher continuing education project has entered the implementation stage. Meanwhile, the new continuing education courses for teachers also made new demands in specific the implementation process, our teachers, continuing education courses in curriculum, curriculum, course structure, curriculum implementation methods revealed many problems and deficiencies in the article through the analysis of these issues, from promoting the professionalization of teachers, improve teacher create ability to develop practical skills and research capabilities of teachers and other aspects of the measures and methods to solve the problem.
