Credit system construction of University Teachers Present Situation and Countermeasures
[Abstract] At present, the credit status of university teachers, there are many issues affecting colleges and universities has become a sustained and healthy development of one of the factors. Analysis of China’s credit system construction of University Teachers status quo and deal with the problems raised by establishing a mechanism for credit education college teachers, constraints and incentive mechanisms, evaluation mechanisms, monitoring mechanisms to build an effective college teachers credit system response.

The Present Situation and Countermeasures for the Honest Credit System of University Teachers

Abstract: Now, there are many problems about the honesty and credit of university teachers, which becomes one of the factors that affect the healthy and sustainable development of university. This paper analyses the present situation of university teachers’ honest credit system, and proposes some effective countermeasures. The education mechanism, the incentive and constraint mechanism, the evaluation mechanism and thesupervision mechanism are the keys for the development of university teachers’ honest credit system.
