Abstract: The scientific theory of vocational courses determines the vocational curriculum reform and the building direction. This paper argues that vocational institutions in order to further improve the quality of curriculum construction, we must clarify who is assessment, what assessment, evaluation whom, how meta-evaluation ratings of several of the core issues.

Curriculum Evaluation in Higher Vocational College Curriculum practice and curriculum reform can not be ignored component. In the field of vocational education, curriculum is the core position, while the vocational education curriculum evaluation is the most complex work activities. People carrying out evaluation activities, only continuous evaluation to reflect on the work itself, in order to prevent the evaluation of the deviations and continually improve the evaluation, the evaluation of such activities is the meta-evaluation of the reflection.
