Development of Higher Vocational Education of China#39;s reform and move toward
Abstract: With the establishment of higher vocational education system, higher vocational education schools a clearer direction, success of the reform of teaching experience, but there are poor conditions for running schools, training model obsolete and out of touch with social needs and so on. Only deepen the vocational education reform, the path of sustainable development, special development, content development, group development, institutional innovation, and the road of lifelong education in order to meet the modernization of the application of the urgent need for qualified personnel to promote the higher vocational education, self-harmony, can be sustainable development.

1, China’s higher vocational education system in shape
(A) the legal status of vocational education, the fundamental task has been established
“The People’s Republic of China Vocational Education Law” Article 13 provides that “the higher vocational school education according to needs and conditions by the implementation of higher vocational schools, or by universities and colleges to implement”, the first time higher vocational education in the form fixed by law.
