Development of teachers in higher vocational education the challenges and coping strategies proposed by Abstract: With China’s rapid development of higher vocational education, teacher team’s overall situation and the current rapid development of higher vocational education, the reality and deepening reform, healthy and sustainable development there is a big gap between the requirements.
