Paper Keywords: European and American institutions of higher education evaluation evaluation criteria evaluation Abstract: This paper summarizes the evaluation of higher education in Europe and America with four typical features: the diversification of rating agencies; the diversity of evaluation criteria; evaluation process of people-oriented; institutions to strengthen self-evaluation and put forward we can learn from foreign experience, the practice of higher education reform in our country, out of a suited to their development.
As we all know, China’s modern higher education from the United States and Europe, so many European countries higher education experience are worth analysis, reference and learning, evaluation of education is true in this paper aims to analyze characteristics of the evaluation of higher education in Europe and America, as China’s higher education reform and development-related reference.
First, the characteristics of the evaluation of higher education in Europe and America
