Education and motivation of the Olympic Movement
Abstract: Whether it is from Egypt, China, India, the ancient Hebrew culture of the region lateral inspection, or from the longitudinal analysis of the historical development of the West, can see that physical education and the intrinsic link between the Olympic Movement and this link not only makes the emergence of the ancient Olympics in Greece as possible, but also for the revival of the modern Olympic Games has provided a guarantee. At the same time, we should also see that despite the Olympic movement needs through the foundations of physical education to initiate and liberation, but as a competitive sport so, on professionalism, specialization, beyond the title of a tendency to gradually, or even deviate from the of physical education to promote physical and mental harmony of the original meaning. Although this deviation is not dominant in, it is necessary to pay attention and provoke us to think about.

Abstract: Both a horizontal view of such domains of ancient civilizations as Egypt, China, India, and Hebrew and a vertical view of development of Western history show an internal connection between the cause of physical education and Olympic movement. This connection made the ancient Olympic Games possible and offered a guarantee to the revival of Olympic Games in modern times. On the other hand, however, it ought to be noted that the Olympic movement has to depend upon the foundation of physical education for its birth and revival, but as a movement of competition, the Games tend to exceed and even diverge from the intended goal of improving physical and psychological harmony by physical education by emphasizing professionality, vocationality and championship. Although this divergence is by no means a mainstream tendency, it is well worth our concern and consideration.
