Abstract: With the increasing competition among Chinese companies, talent has become the enterprise’s own strategic goal and a key factor in the quantity and quality of human resources determines the success or failure of enterprises, which became the core of market competition. Articles by enterprises, the training side, employees (trainees) the relationship between the interaction to analyze some of our businesses that exist in the training of key issues, propose solutions to our enterprise human resource training effectiveness of countermeasures.

At present, competition among enterprises, a key areas - corporate training, has been valued by many enterprises.
