Emphasis on the development of non-intellectual factors of students - on the current thinking of poor vocational school students
Abstract: Higher student achievement is affected by many factors, including non-intellectual factors that affect an important factor in higher student achievement. Of contemporary vocational students academic non-intelligence factors are motivation, interest in learning, willpower and so on. innovative ways to stimulate interest, people-oriented, individualized, training achievement, improve self-confidence and other non-intelligence factors in the development of vocational students strategies to reverse the current poor status of vocational school students with positive and important role.
Abstract: Higher vocational students ‘academic record is influenced by many factors, and among these factors, nonintellectual factors that contain learning motivation, learning interest, willpower and so on are the important factors of influencing higher vocational students’ academic record. The countermeasures, which develop vocational students ‘nonintellectual factors, of innovative approach, arousing interest, people oriented, teaching according to the student’s ability, cultivating achievability and improving self-confidence have the very important role in turning poor condition of current higher vocational students’ school work.
