In order to meet the aspirations of the majority of students in higher education, increased enrollment policy implementation in China in recent years, the progressive realization of higher education from “elite education” to “mass education” changes. China’s college graduates in 2004 nearly 280 million, a net increase of 680,000 in 2003, an increase of 32%. How to conduct a reasonable and effective employment guidance, has become the focus of another university.
First, the career guidance tasks In the market economy, higher education, the core problem is the quality of personnel training, the focus is on employment. With the continuous deepening of reform of higher education, the traditional distribution system of university graduates has been broken, replaced by a diversified channels of employment, professional employment guidance and employment contracts of the personnel flow between the market competition mechanism. Therefore, the university’s employment guidance must change the passive acceptance of the attitude of corporate recruitment site, proactive employment services for graduates.
