Abstract: From the perspective of socio-cultural, comparative analysis of different models of vocational education and training, there is the necessity of a new attempt. Britain’s liberal market model, the French and German government-led model of a dual mode of cooperation, three different models of vocational education and training have significantly different characteristics, which reflected the social and cultural backgrounds with different features. The economy-oriented training is mainly determined by market forces to regulate the political-led training is mainly controlled by the government, the community-oriented training is largely provided by the ‘dual’ control.
