Abstract: The secondary vocational school education and teaching management, the most fundamental thing is to do a good job and people-centered management. American Management scientists Mayo Hawthorne plant through experimental analysis that the impact of employee enthusiasm for production of the most fundamental factor is the people’s psychology, to develop people’s initiative and creativity, we must focus on the psychological factors, focusing on interpersonal coordination. The implementation of quality education today, school administrators should be ‘Hawthorne effect’ has been enlightened management and evaluation of teachers should foster a people-oriented management of the new concept, caring, understanding, and respect for people. Through scientific evaluation, efforts to create and sustain an effective incentive system for teachers, forming a harmonious and progressive work atmosphere in order to complete their education co-teaching tasks.
