[Abstract] economic integration in the global environment, the enterprise’s core competitiveness depends on the level of enterprise human resource development and strength. Corporate Training is the decisions and affect the level of human resource development and strength of the key factors. In this paper, the state-owned large and medium-status and problems of staff training were analyzed and studied.
An overview of state-owned large and medium enterprises and changes in training and development
After 20 years of reform and development, training of state-owned enterprises has made considerable progress and development, improving the quality of the enterprise as a whole has made outstanding contributions. Of state-owned enterprises to train four new trends emerged:
1.1 in the growing trend of companies to train their performance are: increasing training inputs to enhance the training facilities, enhance the level of training and further development of production and operations to meet the training needs. The situation is better efficiency in large state-owned large enterprises, such a good business situation of enterprises, training demand, high-level, while their own training needs and able to basically solve the problem. Therefore, its training is the development and growth.
1.2 Weakening trends in corporate training in such a situation arise in the economic bad or stop production, semi-cut-off businesses. As a service business training, training needs of companies to reduce or lose, the corporate training no longer exist and development necessary. Therefore, the situation appears to give up corporate training is also inevitable, survival and development needs inevitably compel corporate training for the society and the market.
