Family emotional display rules of university students and its impact
[Abstract] This study investigated a sample of a college sophomore to senior year of 153 students, using self-report method of listing the home or family inherited the emotional expression of the rules and bring their own emotional experience. Survey showed that: (1) college students to express emotions and naturalization rules to weaken mainly less exaggerated way be encouraged, while allowing for a true expression of emotion; 2) whether it is external or internal regulation of expression, emotional expression of the rules to their students experiences are positive and negative feelings and recent and positive than negative, which reflects not only the students the rules of family emotional expression recognition, but also reflect the traditional cultural and social realities of the conflict. Tip educators can help students clarify their own emotional expression of family rules, and thus to improve their mood regulation capability.
