Freshmen of stressors and coping [Abstract] encountered challenges freshmen an opportunity and a threat that is, to decide its response to the amount of harvest of college life. The major stressors for college freshmen living changes, including clusters, the separation of their parents, re-integration of the pressure of the network of social relations, economic pressure and performance pressure. for college freshmen to take the positive coping methods include: (1) to maintain the habit of self-dialogue; (2) to keep from family and friends social support; (3) health buffer; (4) relax practice; (5) control the development of new friendship skills.
