From Edge to Center: New Concept of Higher Vocational Education Abstract: After 80 years since the 20th century, the development of higher vocational education in China in terms of policy or in practice, both from the center toward the edge of higher education, but to accomplish this major change, higher vocational education must change our outdated educational philosophy and establish the development requirements of the times a new career ideas, people-oriented concept and choice.
