Abstract: In this study, teachers in higher education generally has a high-intensity work stress perspective of the situation, through visits to different professional study of college teachers as well as a comparatively large amount of related literature, combined with the occupational characteristics of university teachers and higher education system reform trend, from the six analysis of important aspects of higher education teachers to create work that had led to pressure for various reasons, and the mapping mode of work pressure on teachers in colleges and universities plan and hope for the future of higher education research work to provide some help.

Since the “pressure” term that appears in the field of psychology, after, it gradually began to be used for some aspects of human research.
