第一章 绪论
随着我国汽车、摩托车、家电等工业的迅速发展,工业产品的外形在满足性能要求的同时,变得越来越复杂,而这些产品的制造离不开模具,这就要求模具制造行业以最快的速度、最低的成本、最高的质量生产出模具。为了达到上述要求,模具企业只有运用先进的管理手段和 CAD/CAM 集成制造技术,才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
模具可以分为多种,如注塑模、冲压模等,随着制造工艺和塑料性价比的提高,冷冲模具在模具行业中占的比重越来越大,,本研究讨论的是一个喇叭磁盖模具设计的冷冲模具设计,在这过程中充分展示了计算机辅助建模和制造为模具的集成制造
