Firm values include the value of a companys investment option value and the value of existing assets. Idiosycratic risks affect the prices of stock by company investment options ；Investment which proxies the implementation of real options value of the company have a effect on stock returns. Empirical research findings verify the theoretical analysis ，the idiosyncratic risk which agents the company growth and development opportunities ，has a positive effect on stock returns ；investment as a proxy for the implementation options of companies investment ，has a negative effect on stock returns.
