论绿色酒店创建 ——以诸暨耀江开元名都为例 摘 要：在可持续发展的背景下，全球绿色浪潮来势迅猛，生态旅游将成为我国旅游业可持续发展的主要动力，而作为旅游业主要力量的酒店业，创建绿色酒店已经成为其发展的必然趋势。本文首先引出绿色酒店产生的理论基础和背景，并从可持续发展的角度阐述绿色酒店的概念和内涵，然后具体到国内的绿色酒店发展进程；分析中国酒店业在绿色浪潮下的所出现问题，强调创建绿色酒店的必要性和意义，并以笔者实习单位——诸暨耀江开元名都的成功创绿行动为例，对绿色酒店的创建进行实证研究，除了从政府方面的支持，还从耀江名都酒店自身创绿树立绿色意识、营造绿色环境、提供绿色产品和服务、实施绿色管理、开展绿色营销等具体方面对绿色酒店常绿措施进行了详细的阐述，并分析了“创绿”行动取得的效益及存在的不足，由此对国内绿色酒店今后的发展提出新策略。 关键词：可持续发展；绿色酒店；耀江开元名都；策略 On the Creating of the Eco-efficient Hotel ——A Case Study of Yaojiang New Century Grand Hotel, Zhuji Abstract: The Green-wave comes rapidly under the principle of the sustainable development. Eco-tourism will become the main energy in the process of the tourism sustainable development in our country. While as a main department of tourism, it has become an orientation of development to create eco-efficient hotel for hotel industry. Firstly, this paper starts from introducing the basis theory and background on eco-efficient hotel, and elaborating the summary and connotation from the viewpoint of sustainable. Then the author specifically analyses the development progress green hotel in domestic and problems in china hotel industry under the green-wave. Also, it emphasizes the necessity and significance of creating the green hotel. The author researches the creation of green hotel by citing an success instance-----YaoJiang New century Grand hotel ZhuJi, not only include the support of government, but also illustrate the hotel’s specific measures: Green consciousness, create Green environment, provide Green products and service, take Green management, promote Green marketing etc. Then the writer makes analysis on the achievements and disadvantages in this activity of “create green hotel”, and provides new strategies of domestic green hotel for future development.
