芳樟醇R-和S-对映异构单体的体外抗菌活性研究

研究芳樟醇R-和S-对映异构单体抗菌活性。采用琼脂稀释法和微量稀释法R-和S-芳樟醇抗菌活性、BI、抑菌曲线、、杀菌曲线。R-和S-芳樟醇对(ATCC29213、25923、(ATCC12228、ATCC35984、ATCC25922)均具有抗菌活性,敏感细菌MIC值位于1.0244.096 mg/mL,R-芳樟醇对部分细菌抗菌活性于构型B/I值均处于12范围内。而铜绿假单胞菌(ATCC27853)未检测出MIC值(MIC8.192 mg/mL)-芳樟醇对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC25923、ATCC 29213)IC50小于S-芳樟醇(P0.05)。两者的抗菌效应曲线均具有明显的和量效关系。R-和S-芳樟醇具有抗菌活性抗菌活性存在差异。

In vitro anti-bacterial activities of R- and S-linalool

[Abstract] Objective To determine the in vitro antibacterial activities of R- and S-linalool. Methods The in vitro antibacterial activities were determined by agar-diffusion method and micro-dilution assay, including MIC, MBC, B/I, inhibition curves, IC50, time-kill curves. Results R- and S-linalool inhibited the growth of bacteria, including strains of S. aureus (ATCC29213, 25923), S. epidermidis (ATCC12228, 35984), and E. coli (ATCC25922). All the MIC values of sensitive bacteria were between 1.024 and 4.096 mg/mL. The antibacterial activities of R-linalool were slightly better than those of S-linalool in terms of some bacteria. The ratio range of B/I was from 1 to 2.The MIC values of P. aeruginosa (ATCC27853) wasn’t obtained (MIC 8.192 mg/mL). When linalool was used to inhibit S. aureus (ATCC29213, 25923), the IC50 of R isomer was smaller than those of S isomer (P0.05). Effect curves of two isomers showed dose-and time-dependent manner. Conclusion R- and S-linalool effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria. And the subtle difference may be present between them.
