Adoption of agenda ENVI_OJ?(2015)0318_1 The agenda was adopted in the form shown in these minutes. 2. Chairs announcements Next ENVI meetings The Chair announced that the next ENVI meeting would be held on 26 March meeting in the morning only as the afternoon session (which was held in reserve) was cancelled. He also announced that a joint meeting with AGRI on the cloning file pursuant to Rule 55 of the EP Rules of Procedure would be organised Thursday, 16 April from 11.00 to 12.30. Interpretation status Interpretation was available in 21 languages (no Estonian and no Maltese). Electronic meeting file/Webstreaming As usual, the meeting file was available electronically via the e-meeting application and webstreamed. The Chair also announced that it was now possible to follow webstreaming on Apple devices, tablets, mobile phones etc. - a feature that was previously restricted to PCs. 3.
