Installation will be scheduled between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Installation will occur within 60 business days from time contract was signed. Phoenix is not responsible for reconfiguring or consulting on security equipment unless stated in terms of contract. A 30% surcharge applies for evenings and Saturdays, and a 55% surcharge for Sundays and Holidays Additional Services. We do provide domain registration, reconfiguring services, consultant services, and other services for additional fees. You may not use our name on applications for customer domains. Terms and Conditions. This Exhibit is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Internet Services Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated herein by this reference. Any upgrades in service whether in price or performance will be reflected by an amendment to this original contract. Hardware.
