监控中心工作规程 监控中心工作规程作者：佚名 时间：2017-8-12 浏览量： 、目的：监控小区各部位,特别是消防、车场、电梯监控系统的运行情况,确保出现异常情况能及-时处理。 2、范围：小区监控中心值班人员 3、操作规程 岗位要求 A.在监控中心值班位置上端正就座。 礼仪 A.遇上级领导进入监控室检查日常工作时,应主动起立和让座。 B.接听电话和可视时,务必在三响内接听。 c.拿起听筒先说:“您好,监控中心”,语气要平和,通话完毕后应说:“再见”,不得用力摔听筒。 D.上班时间,一般不得打私人电话,如有特殊情况,通话时间不超2分钟。 操作程序 A.值班人员要掌握室内各系统的简单工作原理、性能和常规保养工作,熟练掌握各系统操作。 B.值班人员要坚守岗位,密切注视监视屏及各类监控联动柜的运行状态。 c.每班至少进行一次各类信号检查,确认正常与否,迅速上报主管或工程部。 D.各操作手柄在正常情况下应处在“手动”位置,手动实际操作检查以确认设备是否处于完好状态。 E.当出现火警信号时,应立即复位,再次出现报警信号时,立即通过对讲机或电话通知当班领班前去报警位置核查信号真伪情况。 F.当电梯监视专线收到故障报警时,立即通知巡逻保安和工程人员处理。 G.从闭路电视上发现可疑情况或各类违法犯罪活动,应立即通知值班领班前往调查处理。 H.按上级要求负责上报消防、安全设施运行状况的各种数据和报表。 I.配合工程部人员进行报警系统每季度一次的检查以及每半年一次消防系统的有关测试。 j.为保证监控室专线报警畅通,除紧急情况外,不得使用监控专线报警电话。 k.值班人员准确、真实、清晰填写值班记录。 L.谢绝与本监控室无关人员入内。 m.监控室严禁收、录、放电台节目及与工作无关的音乐、录像等。 Measures for the routine management of moral education in Middle SchoolsMethod of conventional management of moral education in middle schoolFirst, the guiding ideology:School moral education is an organic whole of the whole education work, always adhere to the school adhere to the moral education, education for this product, and actively promote the quality education, the school building efficient curriculum system of moral education, moral education, improve the sense of attraction and appeal, enhance the moral education work for through and timeliness.
