幼儿园紧急疏散应急预案 幼儿园紧急疏散应急预案 为了确保幼儿园的安全与稳定，有效处置突发事件，能够统一指挥，有条不紊地进行紧急疏散教学楼内的师生，使安全事故损失降低到最低范围，特制定本园安全事故应急处理预案。 一、实施对象和范围：当发生建筑物倒塌或特大火灾等安全事故或突发停电等需要紧急疏散教学楼内的幼儿、老师时，启动本预案。 二、机构设置与职责 （一）应急疏散领导小组：周燕娟、王悦芳、蒋晓红。职责：全面负责指挥协调突发事件处置工作。根据实际情况，及时发布命令，启动预案。在紧急疏散领导小组统一指挥下，下设五个小组，现场指挥组、紧急疏散组、伤员救护组、外围控制组，通信联络组。（二）现场指挥组：周燕娟、蒋晓红。基本职责：负责指挥协调；掌握情况，及时报告；贯彻传达应急小组命令，组织有关人员按预案程序对现场进行果断处置，并配备必要通讯器材和安全防护设备。　（三）紧急疏散组：班主任。基本职责：在现场指挥组指挥下，依据预案措施，按班级有序地撤离现。 （四）伤员救护组：配班老师、保育员。基本职责：拨打120，与就近医院联系，并配合医生进行护理。 （五）外围控制组：门卫、后勤人员。基本职责：维持秩序，与家长沟通。 （六）通信联络组：卞丽群。基本职责：上报上级单位，24小时通信畅通。 create a good atmosphere for education, and to promote the all-round development of students, to establish a scientific moral education full of vigor the For long-term mechanism.Two, the goal of moral education:To guide the students to form the correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, to cultivate students unity and mutual assistance, honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, good quality, hard work, set a good XX students ideological quality, psychological quality and image quality.
