PAGE 内蒙古大学交通学院 函 授 本 科 毕 业 论 文 题 目：项目质量管理在东二环路改造工程建设中的应用 专 业： 土 木 工 程 班 级： 0812 层 次： 学生姓名： 李 彩 芬 学 号： 指导教师： 连 海 燕 二0一0年十月 摘 要 项目管理作为重要的基础理论在建设工程中运用。但是现在建设工程在项目管理中还存在着许多问题，尤其是项目成本管理问题，这些问题的存在严重困扰着建设工程的发展。本研究旨在以地铁车站施工为例对项目管理理论在建设项目中的应用现状及存在问题进行探讨，并加以分析。本文首先主要介绍了本研究的背景、意义和所用的研究方法进行了说明，并对本研究所探讨问题的理论背景、理论的研究动态性进行了回顾和展望。其次，在第二、三、四部分分别从相关理论综述、地铁车站施工项目成本构成分析与预算，地铁车站施工项目成本控制问题分析三个方面进行介绍。建设工程成本管理的现状要求我们探索一套适合项目管理特点的成本管理方法。这种方法要能把人为因素对成本的影响降低到最低程度，能把成本管理的责、权、利有机结合起来，能调动全员参与成本管理的积极性。 关键词：项目管理；施工项目管理；项目成本管理 ABSTRACT Project management as an important basis for the use of theory in the construction project. But now construction in project management, there are still many problems, particularly in project cost management problems that plagued the existence of a serious construction project development.
