华西医学 2017 年 5 月第 32 卷第 5 期 • 1 •   ·临床护理· 巴林特小组活动在促进肿瘤科护士心理健康 中的效果探讨 余春华，李俊英，郑儒君，刘珊珊 四川大学华西医院胸部肿瘤科（成都  610041 ） 【摘要】   目的    通过开展巴林特小组活动，探讨巴林特小组活动在促进肿瘤科护士心理健康中的效果。 方法    2015 年 12 月—2016 年 12 月对 63 名在岗护士开展了一系列的巴林特小组活动；巴林特小组活动前后采用 “华西心晴指数”量表进行心理状况调查，并进行数据分析。结果    63 名肿瘤科护士在开展巴林特小组活动前 后 “华西心晴指数”评分除年龄 41 岁及以上、职称为护士和主管护师及以上的无差异外（P0.05），其余比较均 有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论     巴林特小组活动能缓解肿瘤科护士的焦虑、紧张、抑郁等负性情绪，减轻躯体不 适症状，改善人际关系。 “华西心晴指数”量表，简单易懂，能帮助临床快速测评、筛查护理人员的心理问题，适 合在临床中推广应用。 【关键词】   巴林特活动；肿瘤科护士；心理健康；效果 The discussion of Balint groups’ effect in promoting mental health to for oncology nurses YU Chunhua, LI Junying, ZHENG Rujun, LIU Shanshan Thoracic oncology department in West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Chengdu 610041, P.R.China Corresponding author: LI Junying, Email: lijunying2005@ 【Abstract 】 Objective    To discuss the effect of Balint groups in promoting mental health for oncology nurses . Method    From December 2015 to December 2016, 63 oncology nurses in West China hospital of Sichuan University were carried out a series of Balint group activities, who were investigated psychological status by Huaxi Emotion Index before and after Balint groups. Then we analysis the data. Result    There is no difference among the scores in the age over 41, primary and secondary above nurse, While the other have statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion    Balint group activities can significantly relieve oncology nurses’ negative emotions, such as anxiety, tension, depression, relieve body discomfort symptoms, and improve the interpersonal relationship.
