动态血压与血浆同型半胱胺酸联合诊断高血压的临床意义 王艳1 王怡练 2 宋洁1 牟胜楠1 江苏省连云港市第二人民医院心电图室，连云港市，222000 江苏省连云港市第二人民医院心内科，连云港市，222000 【摘要】 目的 探讨血浆同型半胱胺酸血症与24小时动态血压监测联合起来，在高血压患者诊断过程中的临床意义。 方法 收集本院2013年4月－2015年11月在我院以疑似高血压就诊者216人作为入选人员，随机分为两组，其中108人作观察组，进行血浆同型半胱胺酸检测以及24小时动态血压监测，另108人作为对照组，未做血浆同型半胱胺酸检测，只做24小时动态血压监测。两组数据进行比较分析。结果 24小时动态血压监测显示观察组高血压的检出率为50.9%，对照组为46.3%,但在观察组随着血压的升高，血浆同型半胱胺酸水平也呈现出逐渐升高的趋势，显示血浆同型半胱胺酸水平与血压水平呈正相关。 结论 血浆同型半胱胺酸水平可以作为血压波动的监测指标，有利于高血压的诊断、治疗和控制。 【关键词】动态血压 血浆同型半胱胺酸 联合 高血压 Clinical significance of dynamic blood pressure and plasma homocysteine in the diagnosis of hypertension Wang Yan，Song Jie，CHEN Ying-wen The second peoples hospital of Lianyungang city in Jiangsu province 222000 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of plasma homocysteine and 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in the diagnosis of hypertension patients。 Methods 216 people suspected as hypertension in our hospital from April 2013 to November 2015 were selected, they were randomly divided into two groups, in which 108 people as observation group for plasma homocysteine testing and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, another 108 people as a control group, without making plasma homocysteine testing, only 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring。Two sets of data were compared。Result 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring showed that the detection rate of hypertension in observation group was 50.9%, and the control group was 46.3%, but in the observation group with the increase of blood pressure, plasma homocysteine levels also showed a gradually increasing trend, showing that plasma homocysteine levels and blood pressure levels were positively correlated。Conclusion Plasma homocysteine levels can be used as a monitoring index of blood pressure fluctuations, which is conducive to the diagnosis, treatment and control of hypertension. 【Key words】ambulatory blood pressure plasma homocysteine joint hypertension 同型半胱胺酸是由体内的重要氨基酸[1,2]，它与高血压可以产生协同作用，并且能够加
