The development of feed industry has effectively pro－ moted the development of cultivate industry and animal husbandry. However ，the results of analysis show that some issues still are serious in the development of feed industry; the supply breach exits in the Chinese market of feed raw material; there are still some outstanding feed quality and safety issues; the technology innovation ability of feed industry isnt strong ，the international competitiveness of feed prod－ uct is quite weak; the market of feed product is bad ，and the order of market competition is also bad; there is some inconsistency between the industry chain integration and the
