Conditions for this new method were optimized in terms of ysozyme concentrat ion and ysozyme treatment way and time ength. . Result The opt ima concentration of ysozyme was 10 mg/ m , the opt ima ysozyme treatment method and time were at 37 for 30 min with shaking. ConclusionThis method avoided the use of ethidium bromide ( EB) and simp ified the comp icated procedure, so it was a high effective and safe LAB p asmid DNA extraction method.
