摘 要 三环减速器是我国科技人员发明的一种新型少齿差内啮合行星齿轮传动。在足够大的载荷作用下，三环减速器实际接触齿数会大于按重合度算出的理论啮合齿数，这些齿对发生接触并同时分担载荷，从而提高了齿轮传动的承载能力。其传动原理新颖，具有结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、传动比大、承载能力高、使用寿命长、生产成本低等一系列优点。该产品已在冶金、起重运输、矿山、环保、建筑等各工业部门得到广泛的应用。因此，针对三环减速器提出一个完整的理论模型以及分析方法的研究，对设计和研究各类内齿行星齿轮传动以及改进现有的三环减速器的结构、克服其振动和噪音等问题，具有重要的指导意义。本文对现有的三环减速器的传动机理及动态受力进行了分析，从平面连杆机械组成原理出发，对减速器进行了结构设计，分析研究了三环减速器工作时随输入轴转动的动力特性。调研三环减速器的作用、三环减速器的类型及特点、三环减速器、设计计算的内容及方法，收集和查阅有关资料，收集 ;4Fyc3 相关产品的资料。确定三环减速器方案确定三环减速器。Three link reduction gears are in one kind of new few tooth difference which our country technical personnel invent mesh the planetary transmission.
